The 2.0L Petrol RAV4 uses a revolutionary gearbox that fixes the "sluggish" feel of older CVTs.
- The Secret: It has a physical 1st Gear (Launch Gear).
- The Benefit: When you press the gas at a traffic light, it accelerates instantly like a manual car. No slipping, no whining.
- The Switch: Above 40km/h, it switches to the CVT belt for fuel economy.
